We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Each candle is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference, scent selection, or change of mind.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@myspotcandles.com.
Your message must include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Important Notes
• Minor variations in color, scent, or appearance are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• Claims submitted after the 2-day window may not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements above.
