Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Once an order has been shipped, My Spot Candles Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

    •    Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds.

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, minor variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
