Orders are processed  within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged Items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos of the damaged product and packaging are required.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement (no refunds).
